Are you a creative, enthusiastic teen looking for a chance to inspire the next generation of young artists? At The Art Factory, we are excited to offer a special opportunity for teens to get involved in a meaningful way by becoming a Teen Intern during our Elementary Art Club sessions!

As a Teen Intern, you’ll do more than just assist with art projects—you’ll become a mentor to elementary-aged children, helping them explore their creativity, build confidence, and ignite their imaginations. What to Expect...
-As an intern, you’ll assist the lead teacher with various aspects of student projects, from setting up materials to guiding children through exciting, process-based art activities.
-You’ll have the opportunity to assist with different art mediums, help keep the studio a fun and organized space, and most importantly, make meaningful connections with the children as they explore their creative potential.
-Our studio is a safe, friendly space where every child feels seen, valued, and supported—and as a Teen Intern, you'll play a big part in creating that experience.
-Teen interns will also have the opportunity to apply to be a summer camp counselor!

Requirements:

Must be 14-18 years old

Able to commit to at least one day per week during Art Club
